Art and Art History
The Department of Art & Art History offers students the option of breadth and versatility through its Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree programs in Art History or intensive professional preparation at the undergraduate level with Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) programs in Visual Communication Design/Graphic Design or Studio Arts. All degree programs, whether BA or BFA, are designed to fit within a four-year program of study; all require completion of 120 semester hours, which include the University Core Curriculum to ensure that students emerge as fully educated professionals as well as soundly trained artists.
